I actually enjoy my visits and in this case 6 month checkup and cleaning. Cyndi (Dental Hygieneist) and Dr. Downs have a great interest in their patients well-being and make a dentist visit as comfortable as they can get in my opinion. When I first came there it was because that is the office I always went to. I was somewhat tired of all the changes in who owned the practice and now this would be the 3rd Dr. owning the practice in a short period of time. However, Dr. Downs won me over quite quickly on my first visit with her approach to the patient. I am extremely happy I took the wait and see approach.

I came to Progressive Dental after years of unfortunate circumstances at my prior dental office. I was scared, sad and embarassed that my teeth looked as bad as they do. From the minute I walked in the door, I was treated so kindly, they listened to what I wanted, set out plans, and goals for restoring my smile, and even told me I had a nice smile already! I called my best friend and told her how happy I was that I finally will be able to smile in pictures again soon!
